Irish Chips

Chipping Potato Varieties

We grow a potato variety that fries to perfection. Markies are most popular with the people who know how to fry the perfect chip. We also grow Maris Piper, Arcade, Ramos and other varieties that provide an excellent alternative. Grown in ideally suited soil in temperate areas, our potatoes are harvested and stored at the ideal temperature to prevent sugars forming and ensures that you get the perfect potatoes for the fryer
