O'Shea's Family Farm
The O'Shea family farm have been farming on the fertile banks of the River Suir since the 1830's, with the sixth generation of the family still growing the potato as a dominant crop on the family farm. Time honoured tradition has followed through to today's modern potato industry. Sustainable crop rotations and conscientious farming ensures that the field these potatoes were harvested from can be identified by the traceability code on this bag.
